An online workshop with Shiraz Amar
A gentle return to your body after breast surgery
After breast surgery, many of us are afraid to move.
Fear of pain can lead us to avoid movement and hold ourselves tightly — sometimes slowing recovery.
We may notice a reduced range of motion, a sense of disconnection from the area, and trauma held in the body.
I know this from the inside. I have walked this path myself, and I am still walking it ♡

A moment to connect
Before we meet
An introduction to the workshop will be available here soon.
Who is this for?
After breast surgery
Women after lumpectomy, partial or full mastectomy, reconstruction or radiation, who have clearance from their treating doctor to return to physical activity.
At any stage of recovery
During treatment or afterwards, including women who are still recovering several years after surgery, or longer.
When movement feels uncertain
For anyone experiencing fear of movement or a loss of confidence in their body, who wants to reconnect gently.
Come as you are
No fitness level or yoga experience is needed. We begin exactly where you are.
Movement. Listening. Connection.
What will we do together?
This workshop is designed to help you reconnect with the area of surgery through gentle movement, listening to your body and making room for your emotions.
We will work within your own capacity —
without pushing, overloading or pain.
What will we learn?
Gently mobilize the shoulders and chest
Bring movement and touch to the connective tissues
Gradually rebuild confidence in movement
Feel connected to and confident in your body again
Begin with a small moment
Would you like to try a practice?
Try a recorded practice in your own time and space. A chance to explore gentle movement and notice what feels right for you. The recording is in Hebrew.
