In a small group with personal attention
A gentle, supportive class suitable for all stages of recovery, in an intimate group with personal attention.
Classes combine breathing exercises, meditation and gentle physical practice in a small group, with adaptations to your energy and ability.
The practice is for women living with cancer, during treatment or recovery, who want to move gently and listen to their bodies. No previous yoga experience is needed; each pose can be adapted to individual ability and need. The aim is to ease the body, calm the nervous system, build emotional resilience and offer support during this challenging time without overloading the system.
